Before we start, I want to tell you about my background.
My life has been a whirlwind. I'm a student of both martial arts and sports science. My career has been at various stages: I studied at the National School of Martial Arts in Hawaii and was later working as a martial arts instructor for a private school in the UK. I also started as a competitive weightlifter at the age of 17 and then ran marathons and even competed in the Olympics.
I am also a licensed personal trainer and a certified physical therapist. I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Exercise Science. I've also completed training at various schools, and am a current licensed instructor in Arizona and Oregon. I work with people with a wide variety of fitness needs, and have been helping people of all ages, shapes, and abilities for over 25 years. My current focus is on people with disabilities, and I'm always looking for ways to make sure that I'm the right person for the job, which is why I take time out of my busy schedule to help people with disabilities.
If you want to meet someone that will support you and help you to achieve your fitness goals, my goal is that you'll see this site and will consider joining the community.
